As part of the global observance of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, Visionary Care Foundation (VCF) Cameroon today participated in an advocacy walk held at the University of Buea.
The march brought together civil society organisations, students, community leaders, protection actors, and stakeholders committed to ending violence and advancing gender equality.
Our participation reflects VCF’s ongoing commitment to:
- Raising awareness on gender-based violence,
- Supporting survivor-centered advocacy,
- Promoting equality and dignity, and
- Fostering a culture of non-violence within institutions and communities.
Walking alongside young people and fellow partners reinforced a shared message:
Ending violence is a collective effort that requires consistent action, solidarity, and voice.
VCF Cameroon continues to work through prevention, protection, education, and empowerment initiatives to ensure that women, girls, and vulnerable groups enjoy their rights in safety and dignity.
Together, we stand for change.
Together, we say NO to all forms of violence.
