Today in Bangem, we transformed classrooms into safe learning spaces as we introduced young pupils to the basics of GBV prevention.
We began by helping them identify their body parts and understand that the ones always covered are private, and that no one has the right to touch them.
Through songs, dancing, and playful repetition, a sensitive topic became an engaging learning experience.
The children learned what to do and who to tell if anyone ever touches their private parts. Their quick responses and excitement showed just how powerful child-friendly education can be.
We are catching them young because abusers do not spare children.
